MrFixIt6 is correct. I have the same type, but mine is the screw, which he speaks.

If it is a sealed unit, then for sure you need to replace the entire unit.
If not, then the units of the lamp must have some kind of rubber gasket fixed to keep out water.
I would call the manufacturer (or e-mail) and get the IFO directly with them ..
